Please arrive at your scheduled booking time (if you booked online) a couple minutes early. 

You will be greeted in our 60 degree barn with a friendly attendant that will get you checked in. Once checked in you will have around 20 minutes in the waiting area where kids will be able to sit at tables and do crafts, color a Christmas picture, or even write a letter to Santa!

Once craft time has come to an end the attendant will let you through into the viewing area of the reindeer. Here you will find a very tastefully decorated Christmas themed wonderland. In this area you will see two adult reindeer in a large well lit viewing area. Take some selfies or ask an attendant to snap a picture with your phone! We will have a nicely decorated Christmas photo booth where in December you will be able to see Santa and tell him all your Christmas wishes!

Hot chocolate and bottled soft drinks will be for sale at the check in register but we do not allow food or drink in the reindeer viewing area...
